Over 49 years’ experience in contract preparation and administration, project management, design, and construction supervision of infrastructure Works. Contract administrator and practitioner experienced in dispute resolution, time and cost claim management, and claims defence, Dispute Adjudication Board referrals, negotiated settlements and Arbitration.

Experienced in scheduling and delay analysis employing Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
Experienced in the application and interpretation of various General Conditions of Contract including FIDIC (all forms), NEC, EDF Conditions of Contract & PPRA (Tanzania) Conditions.

Experience in Infrastructure projects as Contract’s manager for both Contractors and Consultants over a successful career
Projects include Road, rail, air and marine works. Early career in foundation design including piling and cofferdam design
Competent in the use of Primavera scheduling software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Project Advisor on appropriate project management solutions, resource & equipment scheduling and management, contract administration, cost estimation, cost control.

Project experience includes Land, Sea and Air Transportation systems, Docks and Harbours including oil import / export terminals, container facilities and development of transportation systems, cargo handling systems, road, marine and airport infrastructure, and industrial development.
